ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION (Doc. 98.) _____________________________/ 17 Robert Benyamini (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights 18 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 19 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ' 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On June 15, 2011, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending that 21 Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction, filed on June 10, 2011, be denied. (Doc. 100.) On 22 July 13, 2011, Plaintiff filed objections to the findings and recommendations. (Doc. 103.) In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. ' 636 (b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 304, 23 24 this court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
