Bus. & Prof. Code 18 §§ 17200, et seq. and California common law; and e. 19 false advertising in violation of Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code 20 §§ 17500, et seq. 21 3. Defendants, their partners, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, 22 and those persons in active concert with them are permanently enjoined and shall 23 immediately: a. 24 cease all manufacture, use, offers to sell, sales, and import into 25 the United States of the grounding clamp sold under the name “CLAMP 26 GROUNDING 1/2 to 3/4 in SCR” with ASIN number B07RGMBCRM, 27 and any other product that infringes U.S. Patent No. 7,780,461; and 28 118484436.2
