Those 22 arguments were thoroughly addressed in the Magistrate Judge’s 23 Report and Recommendation. 24 Having made a de novo determination of those portions of the 25 R. & R. to which Plaintiff objected, the Court accepts the 26 findings and recommendations of the Magistrate Judge.
