On October 12, 2017, Plaintiff filed 18 objections to the R. & R., and on October 26 Defendants Stephanie 19 Vanegas, Waleska Stanford, and Raquel Madrigal filed a response. 20 Plaintiff for the most part simply repeats, verbatim, arguments 21 made in his opposition to Defendants’ motion to dismiss. Those 22 arguments were thoroughly addressed in the Magistrate Judge’s 23 Report and Recommendation. 24 Having made a de novo determination of those portions of the 25 R. & R. to which Plaintiff objected, the Court accepts the 26 findings and recommendations of the Magistrate Judge.
