On August 12, 2016, the Court issued a Final Decision on Motions for 5 Summary Judgment and Ruling in Regards to Remedy (Docket No. 188) (“Final 6 Decision”), granting in part and denying in part the motion for summary judgment filed 7 by Plaintiff Beverly Hills Unified School District (“the School District”) and granting in 8 part and denying in part the motion for summary judgment filed by Federal Defendants 9 Federal Transit Administration et al. (“Federal Defendants”); 10 2. On December 8, 2017, the Federal Defendants filed a Notice of Satisfaction 11 of Remand (Docket No. 273) (“Notice”) indicating they had completed the procedural 12 tasks outlined in the Court’s Final Decision. 13 3. As to the claims on which the School District prevailed, as identified in the 14 Final Decision, judgment is entered in favor of the School District. Such claims are 15 dismissed as moot in light of the Order. 16 4. As to all other claims, judgment is entered in favor of the Federal 17 Defendants. Such claims are dismissed with prejudice. 18 5.
