FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Karatz is liable for disgorgement of $6,183,390.50, representing profits gained as a result of the conduct alleged in the Complaint, together with prejudgment interest thereon in the amount of $531,428.77, for a total of $6,714,819.27. Karatz shall make this payment within ten (10) business days after entry of this Final Judgment by certified check, bank cashier's check, or US postal money order payable to KB Home Inc. Karatz shall pay post-judgment interest on any delinquent amounts pursuant to 28 USC 1961 (see document for further details). FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Karatz shall pay a civil penalty in the amount of $480,000 pursuant to Section 20(d) of the Securities Act, 15 USC 77t(d), and Section 21(d)(3) of the Exchange Act, 15 USC 78u(d)(3).
