CIVIL NO. 3:21-cv-3041-MEF KILOLO KIJAKAZI1, Acting Commissioner, Social Security Administration DEFENDANT MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Plaintiff, Geraldine Moore, brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking judicial review of a decision of the Commissioner of Social Security Administration. (ECF No. 2). On October 26, 2021, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Dismiss, conceding that substantial evidence supports the ALJ’s decision terminating the analysis at step two of the sequential evaluation process and denying benefits. (ECF No. 16). Accordingly, Plaintiff’s Motion to Dismiss is hereby granted, and the clerk is directed to dismiss Plaintiff’s case without prejudice. DATED this 27th day of October 2021. Mark E.
