For the above reasons, the Court finds that Ms. Crain has failed to meet her burden of establishing a prima facie case or personal jurisdiction over either Defendant­ whether under a theory of specific jurisdiction or general jurisdiction. Accordingly, the case must be dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2). 4 Ill. CONCLUSION IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff Shirley Crain's Motion for Default Judgment (Doc. 11) and Motion forRemand (Doc. 14) are DENIED.
