Winfield is granted summary judgment on its breach of contract claims against Berry and Lane in the amount of $439,076.48, with late charges of $186.87 per day accruing from 12/1/2017, through the date of this Amended Opinion and Order. Because Farm Credit's security interest in Success Grains collateral is superior to the security interest of Winfield Solutions, and because the auction proceeds are best handled in the state court proceeding in which Farm Credit is the plaintiff, the 16 motion to deposit funds is denied.
