Consequently, any objections that have not been raised are waived and will not be 17 addressed by the Court. 18 The Court, having made an independent review of the record, orders as follows: 19 IT IS ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Pyle’s Report and Recommendation (Doc. 20 16) is ACCEPTED and ADOPTED by this Court as the findings of fact and conclusions of 21 law. 22 IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is DENIED and this 23 action is dismissed with prejudice in favor of Respondents.
