Therefore, after due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issues raised, and there having been no objections filed, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is ADOPTED as the opinion of the Court. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Defendants’ motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. A separate judgment will be entered pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 58.
