After careful consideration of the record in this case and the magistrate judge’s report and recommendation, the court hereby ADOPTS the report of the magistrate judge. The court further ACCEPTS the recommendations of the magistrate judge that the court grant plaintiffs’ Motion for Voluntary Dismissal of Bankrupt Defendants Garlock Sealing Technologies, LLC, and Fairbanks Morse Pump 1 Dockets.Justia.com Corporation (Doc. 92) and enter final judgment in this action as to all claims asserted in this action.
