(Doc. 14). Upon remand the ALJ issued a fully favorable decision finding Plaintiff disabled as of March 10, 2010. On August 20, 2013, the Defendant, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, filed an Unopposed Motion for Entry of Judgment on the basis of the ALJ’s decision issued July 23, 2013. In addition, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636 (c)(1) and M.D. Ala. LR 73.1, the parties have consented to the United States Magistrate Judge conducting all proceedings in this case and ordering the entry of final judgment.
