II. It is further DECLARED that 1997 Fund SV Series E, Ltd. and Hall Housing Investments, Inc. are DIRECTED to jointly instruct The Title Group Incorporated to release the net proceeds of the purchase pric e of Regency Pointe Apartments, located at 500 Greentree Lane, Foley, Alabama 36536, payable to the Partnership as reflected on line 603 "Cash to Seller" of the HUD-1 Settlement, in a manner consistent with this Final Judgment.
