Accordingly, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to Plaintiffs Notice of Dismissal. Doc. #4. No costs are taxed. The Clerk of Cour t is DIRECTED to furnish the account clerk at the Easterling Correctional Facility with a copy of this order. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This case is closed.
