Walter Wood, in his official capacity, and his officers, agents, servants, and employees, and those persons in active concert or participation with him who receive actual notice of this judgment and injunction by personal service or otherwise, is ENJOINED and RESTRAINED from failing to comply immediately with the terms of the settlement agreement; directing the clerk of the court to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
