D.C. Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals Case Law
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit encompasses the smallest geographic area of any of the federal circuits with appellate jurisdiction over the District of Columbia. Despite its size, the court has been a major influence on U.S. law and frequently hears litigation involving U.S. federal agencies.
