UNITED STATES FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE COURT WASHINGTON, D.C. IN RE MOTION TO DISCLOSE AGGREGATE DATA REGARDING FISA ORDERS ) ) ) Docket No. Misc. 13-04 ORDER On August 12, 2013, the Government filed a consent motion for an extension of time to respond to Microsoft Corporation's motion. The Government represents therein that Microsoft Corporation, through counsel, "consents to the relief sought in this motion." Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the briefing schedule in this matter is revised as follows: any response by the Government to Microsoft Corporation's Motion for Declaratory Judgment or Other Appropriate Relief Authorizing Disclosure of Aggregate Data Regarding FISA Orders must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 20, 2013. If the Government responds, Microsoft Corporation may file a reply brief no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2013, through the Security and Emergency Planning Staff, U.S. Department of Justice.
