The Government represents therein that Google Inc., through counsel, "consents to the relief sought in this motion." Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the briefing schedule in this matter is revised as follows: any response by the Government to Google Inc.' s Motion for Declaratory Judgment of a First Amendment Right to Publish Aggregate Information About FISA Orders must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 20, 2013. If the Government responds, Google Inc., may file a reply brief no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2013, through the Security and Emergency Planning Staff, U.S. Department of Justice.
