Unlt.d Statu fiM4on fntelflgenoe lurventance Court of Review MAR 13 2020 IN RE OPINIONS & ORDERS BY THE FISC ADDRESSING BULK COLLECTION OF DATA UNDER THE FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE ACT LeeAnn Flynn Hall, Clelt d Ccut Docket No. 20-01 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE On March 11, 2020, the American Civil Liberties Union, the American Civil Liberties Union of the District of Columbia, and the Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic (Movants) filed a Petition for Review seeking to appeal the Order and Opinion of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court entered on February 11, 2020, in the above-captioned matter, or, in the alternative, for a Writ of Mandamus (Petition). Movants are ordered to show cause why this Court has authority to entertain their Petition. Accordingly, the parties are HEREBY ORDERED to briefthat issue on the following schedule: a. Movants shall file their brief by March 26, 2020; and b. The government shall file its responsive brief, if any, by April 6, 2020. The briefs shall conform to the requirements of Rules 14(d) and 16(b) of this Court's Rules of Procedure.
