UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 22-6236 WALLACE L. PARRISH, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. G. WATSON, Correctional Officer, Defendant - Appellee. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Claude M. Hilton, Senior District Judge. (1:21-cv-00124-CMH-TCB) Submitted: May 19, 2022 Decided: May 24, 2022 Before MOTZ and HARRIS, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Wallace L. Parrish, Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Wallace L. Parrish appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment to Defendant on Parrish’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Parrish v. Watson, No. 1:21-cv-00124-CMH-TCB (E.D. Va. Feb. 7, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
