UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 22-1116 WILLIAM GREEN, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. ARMOR, Defendant - Appellee, and J. MOORE, Defendant. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. T.S. Ellis, III, Senior District Judge. (1:21-cv-01001-TSE-TCB) Submitted: June 28, 2022 Decided: June 30, 2022 Before NIEMEYER and HEYTENS, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. William Green, Appellant Pro Se. A. William Charters, Christa Theodora Pitzen, GOODMAN ALLEN DONNELLY PLLC, Norfolk, Virginia, for Appellee. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: William Green appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Green v. Armor, No. 1:21-cv-01001TSE-TCB (E.D. Va. Jan. 25, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
