UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 19-2484 WILLIAM O. CORNICK, JR., Plaintiff - Appellant, v. LEVITICUS BASS, Residential Services Division Chief; DEBORAH CARTER; WILLIAM JACKSON, Manager Molinari Juvenile Shelter; PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, Defendants - Appellees. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Anthony John Trenga, District Judge. (1:19-cv-00217-AJT-TCB) Submitted: May 21, 2020 Decided: May 26, 2020 Before AGEE and QUATTLEBAUM, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. William O. Cornick, Jr., Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: William O. Cornick, Jr., appeals the district court’s orders dismissing his complaint filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 12101-12213 (West 2013 & Supp. 2019), and denying his motions to alter or amend and file a second amended complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Cornick v. Bass, No. 1:19-cv-00217-AJT-TCB (E.D. Va., Aug. 6, 2019 & Dec. 2, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
