(1:13-cr-00005-JPJ-1) Submitted: September 13, 2018 Decided: September 18, 2018 Before NIEMEYER and KING, Circuit Judges, and HAMILTON, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. David L. Huggard, Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: David L. Huggard appeals from the district court’s orders denying his motion to strike or modify conditions of his supervised release and denying his motion for reconsideration.
