PER CURIAM: Ya Mei Zhang, a native and citizen of the People s Republic of China, petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ( Board ) denying her motion to reopen. We have reviewed the record and the Board s order and conclude that the Board did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion as untimely. See 8 C.F.R. ยง 1003.2(a), (c) (2013). We therefore deny the petition for review for the reasons stated by the Board. See In re: Ya Mei Zhang (B.I.A. Apr. 5, 2013). We dispense with contentions are oral argument adequately because presented in the the facts and legal materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. PETITION DENIED 2
