PER CURIAM: Michael Hicks appeals the district court s order denying his motion for reconsideration of his criminal conviction for assaulting a correctional officer. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Hicks, No. 1:99-cr00445-CMH (E.D. Va. June 27, 2007). We deny Hicks motion for stay and because dispense with oral argument the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
