Annotate this CaseBefore: HUG, Chief Judge, and SCHROEDER and POOLE, Circuit Judges.
MEMORANDUM**
Juan Carlos Martinez-Galindo appeals his conviction by guilty plea and his sentence under the Sentencing Guidelines for being a deported alien found in the United states in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a). Martinez-Galindo's counsel, the Federal Public Defender, has submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Because our independent review of the record discloses no meritorious issues for review, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED and the district court's judgment is
AFFIRMED.
