Carl Barley, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Keith W. Brown; Officer Adams; Officer Woodward,defendants-appellees,andkeith Osborne, Defendant, 59 F.3d 165 (4th Cir. 1995)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 59 F.3d 165 (4th Cir. 1995) Submitted May 18, 1995. Decided June 26, 1995

Carl Barley, Appellant Pro Se. Mary Christine Maggard, Lance Bradford Leggitt, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF VIRGINIA, Richmond, VA, for Appellees.

Before NIEMEYER and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's orders denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the magistrate judge's recommendation and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Barley v. Osborne, No. CA-93-484-R (W.D. Va. Jan. 13, 1994 & Feb. 16, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
