Cynthia Lynn Talman Caldwell, Plaintiff--appellant, v. Richard Taylor, Adult Probation and Parole, Defendant--appellee, 53 F.3d 328 (4th Cir. 1995)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 53 F.3d 328 (4th Cir. 1995) Submitted Feb. 16, 1995Decided March 21, 1995

Before HAMILTON and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Caldwell v. Taylor, No. CA-94-764-2 (E.D. Va. Nov. 9, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
