United States of America, Plaintiff-appellee, v. John Boettner, Jr., Defendant-appellant, 52 F.3d 322 (4th Cir. 1995)Annotate this Case
Allan Paul Ides, Washington & Lee University, Lexington, VA, for Appellant. Michael Warren Carey, United States Attorney, Charleston, WV, for Appellee.
Before WILKINSON, HAMILTON, and MOTZ, Circuit Judges.
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988) motion. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Boettner, No. CR-89-170; No. CA-90-1037 (S.D.W. Va. Apr. 1, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
