Raymond Otell Banner, Plaintiff--appellant, v. United States Parole Commission; Bob Guzik, Defendants--appellees, 48 F.3d 1215 (4th Cir. 1995)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 48 F.3d 1215 (4th Cir. 1995) Submitted Feb. 7, 1995. Decided March 2, 1995

Raymond Otell Banner, Appellant pro se.

Before HALL, LUTTIG and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (1988) petition. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Banner v. United States Parole Comm'n, No. HC-94-265-5-H (E.D.N.C. June 7, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
