Appeal from the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, at Greensboro. Hiram H. Ward, Senior District Judge. (CA-93-148-2, BK-89-720-C-B-13W)

George I. Reid, appellant pro se. Kathryn L. Bringle, appellee.

M.D.N.C.

AFFIRMED.

Before RUSSELL and MURNAGHAN, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM

Appellant appeals from the district court's order dismissing as untimely his appeal from a bankruptcy court order. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Reid v. Bringle, Nos. CA-93-148-2, BK-89-720-C-B-13W (M.D.N.C. July 25, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
