United States of America, Plaintiff-appellee, v. David Hall Crum, Defendant-appellant, 12 F.3d 206 (4th Cir. 1993)Annotate this Case
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria.
David Hall Crum, Appellant Pro Se.
Bradley Stuart Lui, Senior Assistant United States Attorney, for Appellee.
Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, and PHILLIPS and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988) motion. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Crum, Nos. CR-79-35-A; CA-93-861-AM (E.D. Va. July 8, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
