US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 1 F.3d 1233 (4th Cir. 1993) Submitted: July 16, 1993. Decided: August 2, 1993

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Albert V. Bryan, Jr., Senior District Judge. (CA-93-62-A)

Jacob II, Appellant Pro Se.

E.D. Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before NIEMEYER, HAMILTON, and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

OPINION

Jacob, II, a/k/a Richard L. McClenic, appeals from the district court's order dismissing this action seeking social security benefits. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Jacob II v. Shalala, No. CA-93-62-A (E.D. Va. Jan. 25, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
