U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 976 F.2d 725 (4th Cir. 1992) Submitted: May 13, 1992Decided: September 11, 1992

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Joseph C. Howard, District Judge. (CA-91-2266-JH)

Leonard O. Douglas, Appellant Pro Se.

Janet Klein Brown, CLIFTON T. PERKINS HOSPITAL CENTER, Jessup, Maryland, for Appellees.

D. Md.

AFFIRMED.

Before HALL, WILKINS, and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

OPINION

Leonard O. Douglas timely appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Douglas v. Britton, No. CA-91-2266-JH (D. Md. Feb. 14, 1992). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
