United States of America, Plaintiff-appellee, v. Osondu Stephen Aniukwu, Defendant-appellant, 955 F.2d 42 (4th Cir. 1992)Annotate this Case
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria, Nos. CR-90-429-A, CA-91-1416-A, Albert V. Bryan, Jr., Senior District Judge.
Osondu Stephen Aniukwu, appellant pro se.
James L. Trump, Office of the United States Attorney, Alexandria, Va., for appellee.
Before WIDENER, HAMILTON and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.
Osondu Stephen Aniukwu appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Aniukwu, Nos. CR-90-429-A, CA-91-1416-A (E.D. Va. Sept. 26, 1991). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
