UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,v.David Oluse BROWN, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 90-30452.

United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Submitted Aug. 1, 1991.* Decided Aug. 14, 1991.

Before EUGENE A. WRIGHT, BEEZER and WIGGINS, Circuit Judges.

MEMORANDUM**

The district court merely required Brown to confess to the crimes to which he pleaded guilty. The district court was not clearly erroneous in finding that Brown did not demonstrate a sincere recognition of responsibility for his role in the crimes to which he pleaded guilty.
