PER CURIAM:
Abul A.M. Ahmed appeals from the district court's order entering judgment for the defendant on his complaint alleging employment discrimination on the basis of physical handicap. Our review of the record discloses that Ahmed was not "otherwise qualified" under 29 U.S.C. § 794. This appeal is, therefore, without merit. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's entry of judgment for the defendant. We deny Ahmed's motion for appointment of counsel and dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
