ORDER
The Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision issued an order prohibiting Jess A. Rodrigues and Donna R. Rodrigues from participating in the affairs of any federally-insured depository institution. Substantial evidence exists in the record to support the Director's well-documented decision. The decision is not arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion or contrary to law.
The order of removal and prohibition is therefore AFFIRMED.
