ORDER** 

The Bankruptcy Court dismissed the bankruptcy. In re Universal Farming Industries, 873 F.2d 1332 (9th Cir. 1989). The appeal from a sale that was completed during the bankruptcy administration became moot when the underlying bankruptcy was dismissed. Any controversy among the parties concerning title to Arizona real property can be resolved by the state courts.

AFFIRMED.
