US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 924 F.2d 1053 (4th Cir. 1991) Submitted Oct. 23, 1990. Decided Feb. 13, 1991

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, at Parkersburg. Charles H. Haden, II, Chief District Judge. (CA-90-696)

Darwin Rusty Siers, appellant pro se.

S.D.W. Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before MURNAGHAN, CHAPMAN and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Darwin Rusty Siers appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Siers v. Greiner, CA-90-696 (S.D.W. Va. July 31, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
