AFFIRMED.

Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, and CHAPMAN and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Vernon Evans, Jr., Anthony Grandison, Janet P. Moore, and Rodney Kelly appeal from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that these appeals are without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Evans, CR-83-200-HM, CA-88-1787-HM; United States v. Grandison, CR-83-200-HM; CA-88-9-HM; United States v. Moore, CR-83-200-HM; CA-88-2724-HM; United States v. Kelly, CR-83-200-HM; CA-88-1553 (D. Md. Feb. 2, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process. The motion for appointment of counsel is denied.
