Vernon Evans, Jr., Anthony Grandison, Janet P. Moore, and Rodney Kelly appeal from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that these appeals are without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Evans, CR-83-200-HM, CA-88-1787-HM; United States v. Grandison, CR-83-200-HM; CA-88-9-HM; United States v. Moore, CR-83-200-HM; CA-88-2724-HM; United States v. Kelly, CR-83-200-HM; CA-88-1553 (D. Md. The motion for appointment of counsel is denied.
