We affirm the district court's judgment entered in favor of defendant-appellee Unit Process Company on February 16, 1989, for the reasons set forth in the district court's Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed December 30, 1987; Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed May 18, 1988; Order Granting Motion for Reconsideration, filed October 26, 1988; Order Granting Motion for Voluntary Dismissal of Counterclaim Without Prejudice, filed November 30, 1988; and Order Granting Defendant's Motion for Attorneys' Fees, Costs and Expenses and Denying Plaintiff's Cross Motion for Attorneys' Fees, Costs and Expenses, and Denying Plaintiff's Motion to Supplement the Record on Appeal, filed February 6, 1989.

AFFIRMED.
