ORDER
These appeals are from entry of a summary judgment and denial of a motion for reconsideration by the district court. The district court had jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332, and we have jurisdiction over these timely appeals pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. For the reasons stated by Judge Coughenour in his order dated February 3, 1989, we affirm. Only the claim of Jane Doe (Barbara) Mailloux is not mentioned in Judge Coughenour's order, but there was no showing that she was an assured under the insurance policy, and there is no demonstration that the summary judgment was not properly entered against her.
AFFIRMED.
