Daniel Wilder, Petitioner-appellant, v. Parker Evatt, Commissioner; State of South Carolina,respondents-appellees, 898 F.2d 149 (4th Cir. 1990)Annotate this Case
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, at Columbia. Solomon Blatt, Jr., District Judge. (C/A No. 89-159-3-K)
Daniel Wilder, appellant pro se.
Donald John Zelenka, Chief Deputy Attorney General, for appellees.
Before WIDENER, K.K. HALL and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.
Daniel Wilder seeks to appeal the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Wilder v. Evatt, C/A No. 89-159-3-K (D.S.C. July 12, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
