Jack Ernest Pritchard, Petitioner-appellant, v. David A. Garraghty, Warden, Respondent-appellee, 892 F.2d 1041 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 892 F.2d 1041 (4th Cir. 1989)

Submitted: Nov. 29, 1989. Decided: Dec. 21, 1989

Jack Ernest Pritchard, appellant pro se.

Before DONALD RUSSELL, MURNAGHAN and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Jack Ernest Pritchard seeks to appeal the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Pritchard v. Garraghty, CA-89-722-AM (E.D. Va. July 7, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

DISMISSED.
