Richard A. Martin, Plaintiff--appellant, v. Lou Vada Armstrong, Defendant--appellee, 883 F.2d 69 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 883 F.2d 69 (4th Cir. 1989) Submitted June 16, 1989. Decided Aug. 4, 1989

Richard A. Martin, appellant pro se.

Before DONALD RUSSELL, SPROUSE, and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges.

Richard A. Martin appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Martin v. Armstrong, C/A No. 89-2-E-K (N.D.W. Va. Jan. 23, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively.
