Gary Wayne Hendricks, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Steve Mccoy, Somerset County Health Department, Mona L.white, Somerset County Health Department, Elmanusherndon, Acting Commissioner Ofcorrections, Defendants-appellees, 878 F.2d 379 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 878 F.2d 379 (4th Cir. 1989)

Submitted March 28, 1989. Decided June 22, 1989

Gary Wayne Hendricks, appellant pro se.

Before WIDENER, K.K. HALL, and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Gary Wayne Hendricks appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Hendricks v. McCoy, C/A No. 88-3069-HM (D. Md. Nov. 10, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
