U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 878 F.2d 378 (4th Cir. 1989)

Submitted Feb. 28, 1989. Decided June 27, 1989

Timothy Carness Autry, appellant pro se.

Howard Edwin Hill, Office of the Attorney General, for appellees.

Before WIDENER, SPROUSE, and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

Timothy Carness Autry appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Autry v. Richardson, C/A No. 88-232-CRT (E.D.N.C. Oct. 11, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
