ORDER REMANDING

This case was heard on April 10, 1989.

It is an appeal from a judgment, the text of which is as follows:

"JUDGMENT

The court hereby awards to the TRUSTEES OF THE TEAMSTERS SECURITY FUND FOR SOUTHERN NEVADA the amount of $137,310.77 in the above-entitled action."

At our hearing, it was asserted that there is trouble because the judgment does not dispose of Leonard Saye. On the record we have, we are unable to say there is a judgment against any body or any corporation.

The case is remanded to the district court, effective 21 days from the date of filing this order. In the district court proper orders should be made to get the case before this court. The case may come back under a new appeal and a new number, but will be considered by the present panel, and the existing record and briefs will be transferred on motion to the present panel.

If a motion for reconsideration of the foregoing is made within the allotted 21 days, remand shall not be effective until further order of the court.
