Melvin Mosley, Petitioner-appellant, v. Edward W. Murray, Director of the Department of Corrections,respondent-appellee, 872 F.2d 418 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 872 F.2d 418 (4th Cir. 1989) Submitted Jan. 10, 1989. Decided March 27, 1989

Melvin Mosley, appellant pro se.

Before PHILLIPS, CHAPMAN, and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Melvin Mosley seeks to appeal the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Mosley v. Murray, C/A No. 88-406-N (E.D. Va. Aug. 8, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

DISMISSED.
